Title and Summary

Director, Product Management, Security & Cyber Intelligence Overview:
Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for innovation, development and management of our world class products and services to address evolving risk and security needs. It leads a multi-product commercialization initiative for all Mastercard's global customers.

As part of this organization, the Director, Product Management, Security & Cyber Intelligence will be responsible for developing and managing Cyber Security related cyber products and services within their region, which Mastercard offers customers across all related stakeholders including, consumers, issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants.

This role will work closely with both internal, external, private and public sector parties to understand the needs and technology required to deliver applicable solutions.

The cybersecurity industry is a quickly expanding market, growing in response to diverse and costly global cyber threats targeting all business sectors. Good cybersecurity is often inaccessible and cost prohibitive to many businesses and organizations. They struggle to understand the impact of the threats and how they apply. Our objective in C&I is to provide accessible and affordable cyber security to our customers.

What we are looking for:
Mastercard is looking to create a more proactive approach to assist the cybersecurity of our customers. To that end we are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in becoming part of something new. Do you want to make a difference to the wider eco-system and help alleviate the impact that cyber breaches have on society? Are you able to work dynamically on multiple projects at one time, and represent the needs of a diverse cultural region within a global forum? Do you have a broad understanding of cybersecurity problems, and the ability to talk to advise different stakeholders on how to mitigate risk?

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the assigned Cyber & Intelligence Solutions product suite in ‘Region' for all aspects of P&L, KPI go-to-market strategy and execution
• Single point of contact for all regional enquiries and liaison with central global team in the USA.
• Research security trends and threats in the consumer device, retail, ACH, payment card and broader financial sectors and drive change within global product management.
• Create a cybersecurity regional capability gap analysis with a focus on key stakeholders; issuers, merchants, consumer focus groups and governments to ensure detail viability study of proposed solutions.
• Develop and implement a security product go-to-market strategy.
• Align with the other regions and sales teams to ensure consistency on go-to market plans.
• Develop a security information sharing solution in close cooperation with the other Cyber & Intelligence Solutions teams and Mastercard cross functional groups.
• Responsible for overall product regional team revenue performance.
• Negotiate complex business models, partnerships, transactions, and other commercial agreements.
• Test, challenge and improve product business cases for overall viability and financial validity, leveraging business and financial acumen.
• Manage cross-functional groups/teams to ensure compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes; coach and develop employees as an organizational resource.

All About You:
• Detailed technical understanding of Mastercard and other in market cyber solutions encompassing synergies and of how existing different solutions and programs benefit customers utilizing tools and applications.
• Knowledge of the card fraud lifecycle from point of compromise through criminal monetization.
• Technical familiarity with existing and emerging cybersecurity technologies, related risks and business opportunities.
• Experience and comfort in presenting security to senior level audiences and simplification of complex security related topics including threat and risk analysis and mitigation technology and best practices
• Ability to influence with effective communications and negotiation skills.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams in getting projects executed.
• BA or Msc in a technology related field required. MBA preferred
