Title and Summary

Director, Product Commercialization - Open Banking The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to join our Open Banking product management team. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of our commercialization and GTM strategy for a suite of new solutions in the Open Banking ecosystem.

About the Role:
• Defining and documenting a comprehensive GTM and commercialization strategy for new services. Among other elements, this strategy will include detailing key distribution channels, customer segments, and top target customers in each segment.
• Complete development of clear and compelling foundational sales materials and sales enablement tools.
• Developing pricing strategies for each solution and for bundled offers across solutions. Securing pricing approvals from various internal stakeholders and implementation with various teams as required.
• Partnering with Mastercard consulting practice leads to design value added services that complement each solution.
• Delivering product trainings for the Open Banking Sales teams, CSM's, and Account Managers.
• Partnering with Marketing and Communications teams on launch announcements and marketing initiatives to create customer awareness and demand.
• Testing value propositions, desirability, and feasibility with customers. Gathering and analyze feedback to validate assumptions and refine the product design with the product leads for each solution.
• Supporting customer conversations and sales engagements post-launch as needed.
• Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our solutions meet market needs. Channel feedback on product requirements from sales teams and customers to product leads to inform feature prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute the GTM plan.

About You:
• Product Management experience, with a focus on commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong knowledge of GTM strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies for technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with Open Banking practices, regulations, and standards is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial literacy.
• Ability to influence at all levels within the business and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
