Director, Insights & Enablement Chief of Staff Job Description Summary
The Data & Services (D&S) team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

This Chief of Staff (CoS) position supports the EVP, Insights and Enablement, who leads an agile organization focused on supporting D&S to make better, faster decisions, using data, analytics, and technology to improve and scale measurement, reporting, and business processes. Role
Main responsibilities include:
• Enable strategic initiatives and achievement of objectives. Lead taskforces, special projects, content creation, and the team's dynamic response across a diverse set of topics.
• Be the central point of contact for enabling D&S Program teams by managing objective setting and measurement, designing, and driving change management, and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Manage D&S product hierarchy and Mastercard Catalog data quality as a key reviewer of new product creation and sunsetting.
• Collaborate across business units at Mastercard to both articulate the needs for success in D&S, and to create synergies as it relates to the Insights & Enablement team.
• Contribute to and lead the development of Executive-level presentations.
• Drive effective team organization and communication. Organize leadership meetings, all-hands calls, and internal communications. Drive a positive and productive culture. Overall point person for communications.
• Nimbly respond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming and outgoing team requests.
• Create and manage project trackers for the leadership team including tracking, timelines, milestones, and reporting status of projects.
• Cross-collaboration with D&S CoS team to plan executive events, annual executive travel, key team events, townhalls, and other initiatives and programs.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
