We connect consumers, financial institutions, merchants, governments, and businesses worldwide, enabling them to use electronic forms of payment. Using technology and data-driven insights, we make payments more convenient, secure, and efficient for people and businesses everywhere.
The global business-to-business (B2B) payments market is worth around USD 120 trillion, with most flows still happening on non-card rails. This represents a significant growth opportunity—extending well beyond payments to the full breadth of Mastercard's solutions and services.
We are looking for a Director Corporate Sales to lead Mastercard's corporate sales strategy across Northern Europe with a focus on Denmark and Norway. This role will take ownership for expanding Mastercard's footprint in the corporate sector, shaping partnerships, and driving significant incremental B2B volumes.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the development and execution of the regional corporate sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Mastercard's regionall priorities.
• Set direction and priorities for corporate client growth across Northern Europe, building multi-year roadmaps that balance short-term results with long-term positioning. Initial focus on Denmark and Norway
• Establish and manage senior partnerships with corporate clients, regional partners, and ecosystem players to unlock new business models and revenue streams.
• Drive the corporate sales pipeline with accountability for commercial performance, including disciplined governance of sales cycles, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
• Act as the senior voice in the market for corporate payments—positioning Mastercard as a thought leader and trusted advisor to corporates, banks, and fintech partners.
• Mobilize and orchestrate cross-functional teams (MPS, CSC, Services Sales, Marketing, Product, R&C) to deliver complex, high-value solutions to corporate customers.
• Coach and develop talent within the corporate sales function, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

What You Bring
• Proven experience in leading regional or multi-market corporate sales, partnerships, or business development within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong strategic mindset, able to design and execute growth strategies that scale across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships at C-level and build trusted partnerships with corporates, banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Track record of owning revenue targets and delivering measurable commercial impact across complex markets.
• Deep understanding of corporate/B2B payments and related areas such as embedded payments, treasury solutions, and open finance.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions, shaping Mastercard's value proposition beyond products.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, working seamlessly across geographies, functions, and levels of seniority.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
• Fluency in English & Danish; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
