Title and Summary
Director, Business Analysis (GBSC-Revenue Systems Strategy) Overview:The Director of Business Analysis will lead strategic initiatives that align with the global regulatory frameworks and shape the long-term direction of enterprise Revenue systems. This role is responsible for aligning business needs with scalable system solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that system modernization efforts support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Role:
Strategic System Leadership
• Define and execute long-term system strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead modernization initiatives across order management, billing, contra revenue, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize system enhancements and funding needs.
• Oversee complex, cross-program technical solutions from initiation to delivery.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; ensure adherence to milestones.
• Lead system solution design, define technical requirements and testing strategies of enterprise frameworks for evolving business drivers and regulatory needs
• Fully understand the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems supporting the platform products, including: business requirements, use cases, technical stack, interfaces and associated data flows, dependent applications/services, runtime operations (i.e. trouble management/associated support strategies), and maintenance.
• Partner with Tech and vendor engineering teams to develop and codify more effective ways for the solution to handle evolving business types.

• Proven success in leading strategic system initiatives across geographies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and financial systems.
• Experience with SQL, Power Suite, Microsoft Access, and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong comprehension of Mastercard business types and go-to-market revenue strategies.
• Understanding of Order to Collect and other financial processes at Mastercard.
• The ability to understand conflicting stakeholder priorities and enterprise impacts for backlog management and slotting.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Technology, and Risk/Control functions to deliver scalable, controlled, and effective features.
• Can deliver high quality technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Can communicate to and influence executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
Preferred:
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
