Title and Summary

Director, B2B Marketing Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Manager of B2B Performance Marketing to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and support our account-based marketing efforts. You will collaborate with the Director of B2B Marketing to translate strategy into action, managing day-to-day campaign operations, digital programs, and reporting on performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Execute demand generation campaigns across digital, email, social, and paid media.
• Implement and manage targeted ABM programs in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Leverage audience segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping to enhance engagement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on campaign KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into program effectiveness.
• Use insights and A/B testing to iterate and improve campaign performance.
Content Deployment & Amplification
• Collaborate on the distribution of content assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, playbooks).
• Manage campaign assets across digital channels and ensure brand consistency.
• Support sales enablement initiatives with content versions tailored to account needs.
Marketing Operations & Tools
• Manage campaign workflows and marketing automation in platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Ensure data integrity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate reporting and lead management.
• Partner with external agencies or vendors for campaign production and media buys as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to align marketing tactics with business priorities.
• Support field marketing activities, events, and account engagement programs.
Qualifications:
• 4–6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B marketing preferred. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
