Director, Account Management Overview

As Director of Account Management, you'll lead strategic sales and relationship efforts to grow customer value, drive portfolio performance, and champion Mastercard's mission of doing well by doing good.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic sales and implementation initiatives to identify and grow business opportunities that increase volume and share.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and mid-level stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate across teams to align Mastercard's products, services, and market activities with customer goals.
• Provide consultative insights on industry trends and Mastercard's offerings to support customer success.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and shared success across internal and external partnerships.

About You
• Experienced in relationship management, business development and a sound understanding of retail and corporate banking as these relate to payment solutions, including industry trends and developments that may impact B2B customers.
• Knowledge of transaction banking, cash management, or remittance is a plus.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communicator and listener, able to engage diverse audiences and build consensus.
• Skilled in negotiation and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Comfortable navigating a matrixed environment and working across functions.
