Title and Summary

Business Development Representative, Dynamic Yield (UKI) Dynamic Yield, an industry-leading AI-powered Personalisation and A/B testing platform, delivers tailored experiences at every digital touchpoint - across Web, App, Email, SMS, Kiosks, and more. Acquired by Mastercard in 2022, we now empower over 400 enterprise brands worldwide, spanning Retail, Travel, Financial Services, Quick Service Restaurants, and Utilities.

As Mastercard's dedicated personalisation arm, we put customer-centricity at the core of everything we do - transforming digital experiences to drive real business outcomes.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK & Ireland team. Based in London (Angel Lane, Bank), this role offers a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office. You'll be responsible for engaging key decision-makers at top enterprise brands while collaborating closely across Mastercard's ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify and connect with key stakeholders in priority organisations throughout the region.
• Leverage a multichannel approach (email, phone, social media, events) to engage decision-makers across verticals including Retail, Finance, Travel, Hospitality, and Utilities.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to strategise and execute outreach to drive new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Salesforce for your territory.
• Continuously explore creative new ways to break into accounts and stand out in the market.
• Build strong internal relationships and collaborate across Mastercard, understanding how Dynamic Yield connects within the broader ecosystem.
• Attend industry, partner, and Mastercard-owned events to network and book meetings with key prospects on your Named Account List.

• Experience in roles that involve selling products or services, proven track record of meeting targets and being responsible for generating revenue and achieving sales goals.
