Title and Summary

Associate Specialist , Implementation Overview
Join our CIS team to support customer onboarding and processing implementation projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about payment systems, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role Responsibilities

Assist in managing multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
Support end-to-end implementation activities, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
Collaborate with Implementation Managers and Engineers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Document customer requirements and maintain accurate implementation records.
Provide technical and operational support during testing and go-live phases.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

All About You
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge / Experience:

Basic understanding of payment transaction processing and digital ecosystems.
Familiarity with Mastercard products and services is a plus.
Exposure to APIs, mobile wallets, and digital payment solutions preferred.

Skills / Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Good organizational and project coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a technical environment and troubleshooting basic issues.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
