Role Overview:
As an Associate Specialist, Product Management – Network Products, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to scale current solutions and develop new products and services. This position requires close collaboration with global product teams, regional market-facing teams, customers, pricing and commercialization teams, and other internal stakeholders. You will help identify market needs, shape strategic approaches, and drive alignment across initiatives to ensure successful execution.

• Be willing to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure and rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist and execute go-to-market strategies and ensure successful rollout
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and market opportunities.
• Assist in internal and external communications, meetings, and workshops.
• Perform high-quality analysis, translating numbers into actionable insights
• Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.

Qualifications
• Eligible for a Rosetta or First Employment contract (must be under 24 years of age at the time of employment).
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Skilled in managing a variety of tasks with differing levels of complexity and priority, while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
• Self-motivated and proactive team contributor with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and intelligent agent technologies
