Overview
The Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management will be a member of the People Operations and Insights team which provides data-driven decisions at scale, delivers key operational experiences, and enables scalable operational excellence across People and Capability. This is a global role and collaboration will be required with the global team, operating across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, passionate about operational excellence and brings expertise in the HR functional domain, program management, planning, and enablement.
Role
• Oversee the planning and execution of largescale projects within People Operations and Insights
• Partners to develop and maintain comprehensive prioritized roadmaps across POI teams.
• Establish and standardize processes for documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility
• Acts as a backup and performs ad hoc roles as needed to ensure project continuity

• Develops and supports integrated enablement and change mgmt plans in support of POI deliverables
• Provides governance and planning for POI communications
• Builds templates and tools that can be leveraged throughout the team (e.g., readiness checklists, Quality control processes & standards)
• Monitors and reports metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance
• Identifies potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
