Associate Analyst, Franchise Management:
The Launcher will be joining the Franchise Customer Performance and Engagement team. The role will focus on working with customers to improve their performance within the Mastercard network. The activities range from investigation, program development, case management, customer compliance and approval rates. The Launcher will work with the Acceptance Performance team assisting with the development and execution of global compliance initiatives to address key acceptance issues, drive correct customer behavior, and ensure a high-quality cardholder experience at the point of interaction.

Program Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or accelerated master's program graduating between Winter 2025 – Spring 2026
• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
• Ability to partner across the organization
• Sound communication skills
• Outstanding record of academic achievement
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
• High energy level; flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator
• Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
• Ability to work in a complex and changing environment that requires both flexibility and creativity to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving business process as a self-starter

Compensation: $43.40/hour

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
