The Team & Role
Mastercard's Franchise model has been at the heart of our success for nearly 60 years—enabling scale, innovation, and operational trust across a global payment ecosystem. The Europe Franchise Management team shapes this ecosystem by setting operational standards, onboarding new participants (including in emerging areas like crypto), ensuring compliance, and maintaining network integrity.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, Analyst to support the lifecycle management of several program registrations related to Fintech management, crypto, NEPs, digital activity customers, area of use, and other key processes, etc. This role involves data analysis, dashboard management, reporting, and process oversight and improvement. It's a great opportunity to build analytical and business skills while contributing to Mastercard's growth in a dynamic and evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze different registration submissions to ensure they meet Mastercard's standards and requirements ( Crypto, Digital Activity Consumer, Network Enablement Partner, Area of use).
• Lead and coordinate weekly application review meetings—tracking progress against SLAs, identifying bottlenecks, and driving resolution.
• Build, maintain, and enhance internal dashboards and performance metrics for the Europe Franchise team.
• Prepare regular reporting packages (e.g., quarterly metrics, operational KPIs) in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Mastercard to ensure smooth execution and information sharing.
• Support team engagement activities, including event planning, volunteering initiatives, and team-building efforts.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action.
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, etc. ) is a plus.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys continuous learning.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus.
