Job Responsibilities The Major and Planned Gifts Officer serves as an experienced development professional for Mary Greeley Medical Center.# This individual is responsible for a portfolio of major gift prospects capable of making gifts of $10,000 or more and for developing and executing a planned giving program.# In addition to identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors, the Major and Planned Gifts Officer works with the Director of External Relations on campaign planning and execution, board leadership and the overall execution of development strategies and programs in order to achieve established fundraising goals and objectives.# All actions taken support patient centered care. Required Qualifications Bachelor#s Degree Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in development and/or planned giving and fundraising. Experience level may impact responsibilities of the role. Preferred Qualifications Experience with planned giving and/or financial planning. Experience with Raisers Edge or similar contact database software.
