Job Summary

Assist in the management of effective delivery and coordination of training programs for all employees, while supporting the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs that align with organizational goals, drive employee growth, and strengthen talent development initiatives.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of effective delivery and coordination of training programs for all employees
  • Responsible for helping enhance existing training programs
  • Help identify and arrange suitable training solutions
  • Actively search, creatively design, and suggest effective methods of training
  • Consult with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in procedures, business initiatives and technologies
  • Help to coordinate training schedules with the hiring and training demands of the organization
  • Assist in the selection or development of teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, reference works, etc
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility set up, audiovisual set up and employee notification
  • Lead the creation and execution of the organization's talent development strategy, including career pathing, mentorship programs, and succession planning, in alignment with business goals and cultural values.
  • Oversee all phases of training and development programming—from needs assessment and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership and People Operations to support employee growth, talent pipelines, and long-term organizational readiness.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, using data to inform improvements and ensure organizational impact.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
  • Incorporate AI tools and capabilities into training and talent development processes, ensuring programs evolve with emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities Part II
  • Assist in the coordination of deployment of corporate sponsored training workshops to new and existing employees and work groups, including establishing training schedules, location arrangements, working with consultants, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Talent development experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform skills
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees
  • Superior process consultation and facilitation skills required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to speak effectively in personal situations and before groups of employees
  • Microsoft Office products including strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel required LMS experience a plus
