The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain operations. This role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making processes, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction and may require global analytics support, working closely with international teams to ensure supply chain visibility and coordination across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
- Developing reports and dashboards using SAP, Power BI, and other relevant systems to support supply chain processes, facilitate and track performance, metrics, and enhanced decision-making through effective data visualization.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable improvements.
- Lead and support supply chain initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Providing global analytics support as needed, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regions.
- 3-5 years of relative experience
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Ensures accuracy and consistency in data management and reporting.
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including international teams.
- Capable of identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written skills articulating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Flexibility to manage dynamic supply chain environments and prioritize competing demands.
- Expertise in excel, SAP, Power BI and other supply chain management software, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, driving cross-functional collaboration, meeting deadlines, and achieving strategic goals.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
