Pay Rate: $33.83/hr

We're seeking a Workforce Development Specialist 2 (Document and Training Administration Specialist) to join Kelly Services at their Boise, ID facility. This is a 12-month contract role with a weekday day shift schedule and a competitive pay rate of $33.83/hr.

What's a typical day as a Workforce Development Specialist 2 (Document and Training Administration Specialist)? You'll be:
  • Innovating and applying best-known methods (BKMs) for managing documents, training, and automation projects.
  • Creating, editing, and archiving technical documents, graphics, and images using approved standards and software.
  • Administering file storage repositories, managing metadata, and processing access requests.
  • Managing controlled documentation systems for change management and periodic document reviews.
  • Creating, maintaining, and archiving on-the-job training certifications in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Extracting, categorizing, and analyzing data; developing charts, graphs, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Defining and managing documentation projects to meet organizational goals—creating project charters, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of technical documentation experience.
  • 3 years of workforce development experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise with advanced documentation authoring software (e.g., MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries.
  • Experience documenting PSM/RMP systems.
  • 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or production environments (semiconductor industry preferred).

Workforce Development (WFD) Supervisor of Training and Documentation Administration (TDA)
