Woodshop Assembler / Carpenter (Bilingual Preferred – English/Spanish)
Location: Denison. TX
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours)
Pay: $15–$22/hour (Based on Experience) | Overtime Available
About the Role:
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Woodshop Assembler/Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality pallets and crates while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood components for pallets and crates
• Operate tools such as saws, nail guns, drills, and hammers safely and efficiently
• Follow blueprints, measurements, or work orders accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all shop safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or construction assembly preferred
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (to 1/16”)
• Comfortable operating power tools and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and positive teamwork attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Forklift certification a plus

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift)
• Regular overtime available
• Pay range: $15–$22/hour, based on experience
