A Day in the Life as Our Warehouse Supervisor
In this role, you'll:
•    Manage Operations: Oversee Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting activities, ensuring smooth operations.
•    Uphold Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
•    Maintain Quality: Conduct checks for damage and discrepancies in received goods and invoices.
•    Optimize Space: Label, sort, package, and store goods efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
•    Operate Equipment: Use manual and automated tools to pick, pack, and ship items.
•    Lead and Collaborate: Communicate effectively with your team and support staff.
•    Drive Improvements: Seek ways to enhance quality, safety, and workflow.
•    Maintain Order: Keep the warehouse organized and tidy with regular housekeeping.

Is This Role Right for You?
We're looking for someone who:
•    Holds a high school diploma (or equivalent); a college degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
•    Brings relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics provider management.
•    Possesses strong team collaboration, communication, and customer focus skills.
•    Makes effective, timely decisions to achieve goals and drive results.
•    Is familiar with trade regulations and inventory control practices.
