Warehouse Quality Associate

Pay Rate: $18.75/hr + 8% shift differential ($20.25/hr)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Sunday (varied)
Assignment Type: Ending in December ($2500 bonus if you comp the project) 
Requirements: Steel-toed shoes required | On-site only (no remote option)

About the Role

Kelly Services is hiring dependable Warehouse Quality Associate to support a high-volume distribution environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for breaking out products, verifying counts, labeling items, and organizing components for assembly. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
  • Check in runs to be assembled and verify component counts

  • Unload pallets, open boxes/totes, and sort items

  • Compare pick lists for accuracy

  • Organize items for sub-assemblies, color-code carts, and prepare materials

  • Print and apply labels (pin, insert, and carton) using ACS Product Designer Software

  • Correctly label overage products and order shortages

  • Move pallets/runs using a manual hand pallet truck as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Ability to read, follow, and verify written and numerical information

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts and labeling

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work

  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
