Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Stryker! In this pivotal role, you will administer and operate our warehouses, ensuring the seamless processing, packaging, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will be responsible for crating robots and packaging subassemblies, while also coordinating schedules to optimize the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Weston, FL - Onsite
- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and operate warehouse activities including processing, packaging, and shipping of materials.
- Prepare and coordinate shipping schedules to optimize goods flow and warehouse space.
- Ensure effective operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate product movement from Stryker warehouse to all 3PL companies.
- Manage shipping documentation, including shipment authorization paperwork and packing slips.
- Conduct ad hoc system investigations and reporting as necessary.
- Handle multiple concurrent tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure audit compliance in record keeping.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs requirements is a plus.
