Warehouse Manager
Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility to support night shift as needed)
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually + Full Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and direct all warehouse operations in our North Charleston facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors, ensuring efficient workflows, driving productivity, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to support a fast-paced, growing environment.
**This is an active Warehouse Management role where the majority of your time will be working with the team in the warehouse. We are looking for someone who can bring solid structure, and help mold a positive work culture and environment.**
This role will have four direct reports: two supervisors on the day shift and two supervisors on the night shift.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, space management, and shipping/receiving.

Supervise, schedule, and evaluate warehouse supervisors, ensuring efficient team performance and minimizing overtime.

Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient use.

Collaborate with supervisors to track productivity, analyze operations, and develop action plans for continuous improvement and loss prevention.

Manage logistics for transporting materials and products to customers and company facilities, coordinating with drivers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

Establish, implement, and optimize warehouse processes and protocols to support organizational goals.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align warehouse strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Required).

Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech (Preferred).

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills with proven experience overseeing warehouse staff.

Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies and lead cross-functional projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Professionalism and communication skills along with experience working with high level directors is a must.
