What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
As a Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing warehouse processes and supervising teams involved in receiving, shipping, handling, and storing parts and materials.
- Conducting cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Leading personnel management to ensure compliance with company policies, fostering a safe work environment, and training staff to enhance performance.
- Implementing safety and environmental health plans.
- Ensuring compliance with export and customs regulations to support seamless operations.
