Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $16.50/hr

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Update and maintain customer records with current account information.
• Process both inbound and outbound freight efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound receipts.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all order details are meticulously applied.
• Communicate effectively with external shipping warehouses about shipments and related issues.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate information using our computer systems and software.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
• Develop and uphold professional relationships with customers.
• Assist with workload during team members' absences or when delays occur.
• Help foster a positive working environment within the Customer Service team.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess basic typing abilities.
• Experience with WMS systems like Camelot or Navis is a plus.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
