Warehouse Operation Associate - Marysville, Ohio - $20/hour
Shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
The Associate, Warehouse Operations, is an entry-level operational role within the Operations department, responsible for supporting the warehouse team in the efficient, safe, and compliant processing of warehouse activities. Reporting directly to the Lead Associate/Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, this individual will be responsible for performing various tasks related to receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, contributing to the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

Warehouse Operations:
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently (certification required).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warehouse transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry-level position; some experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Basic computer skills.
