Warehouse Associate/Lumper – 3rd Shift

Morgantown, WV
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Training: Conducted on 1st or 2nd Shift

Kelly® is hiring Warehouse Associate/Lumpers to join a leading logistics and distribution facility in Morgantown, WV. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform hand-wrapping and staging of palletized products for shipment.

  • Load and unload trailers manually or with assistance.

  • Organize, stage, and prepare products for outbound distribution.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

What You Bring:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability — must show up ready to work each shift.

  • Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to permanent 3rd shift.

  • Previous warehouse, lumping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
