Warehouse Associate/Lumper – 3rd Shift
Morgantown, WV
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Training: Conducted on 1st or 2nd Shift
Kelly® is hiring Warehouse Associate/Lumpers to join a leading logistics and distribution facility in Morgantown, WV. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a team-focused environment.
What You'll Do:-
Perform hand-wrapping and staging of palletized products for shipment.

Load and unload trailers manually or with assistance.

Organize, stage, and prepare products for outbound distribution.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting.

Strong attention to detail and reliability — must show up ready to work each shift.

Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to permanent 3rd shift.

Previous warehouse, lumping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
