Kelly Services is searching for Warehouse Associates for an exciting opportunity in Belcamp, MD!
We're partnering with a respected company specializing in custom spice blends and seasoning mix production for food industry customers. This is a temp-to-hire position with strong potential for career growth at one of the region's top manufacturers.
Location: Belcamp, MD (near 4613 Mercedes Dr, 21017)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rate: $20.00 per hour
What you'll be doing as a Food Production Associate:
- Pouring heavy bags (up to 70lb) of spices and ingredients into large mixing machines according to custom formulas
- Wearing provided protective masks or respirators to guard against airborne spices and powders
- Working in a collaborative team to ensure accurate blending and packaging of products
- Keeping your workspace clean and assisting with equipment upkeep
- Completing basic logs and records for accountability and product traceability
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 70lb bags throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work in an environment where spices may be present in the air
