Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently performing various tasks involved in receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise within a warehouse facility. The role ensures inventory accuracy, follows safety protocols, and supports overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against packing lists.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if required).
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety rules.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with moderate noise.
• May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime.
