Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Manufacturing)
Location: Farmington
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to production schedules.
  • Maintain organized inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Handle raw materials and finished goods with attention to quality and safety.
  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.
  • Adhere to all safety and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely material availability.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment.
  • Complete documentation and logs for inventory control and order processing.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
  • Proficient with warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Basic computer and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
