Job Summary:
Are you skilled at maneuvering through the intricacies of warehouse operations? Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and process shipments for UPS/FedEx, ensuring all packages are ready for transport.
• Actively participate in the loading activities of UPS/FedEx trucks, optimizing space and securing cargo.
• Receive incoming raw materials, verifying quantities and quality to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle LTL (Less Than Truckload) orders, preparing them for shipment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading trucks, adhering to safety protocols and SOPs.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Strong Computer Skills: Ability to navigate shipping software and maintain digital records with precision.
• Forklift Proficiency: Hands-on experience with forklifts and other warehouse machinery, supported by proper certification.
• Independence in Work: Confidence in your ability to work autonomously, backed by a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Physical Capability: Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Experience & Education: A high school diploma (or equivalent) paired with 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or similar warehouse roles.
