About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Verification Specialist to join a professional office environment in Springfield, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong typing and data entry skills, thrives on accuracy, and enjoys working in a structured team setting.

Location: Springfield, OH (On-Site)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Training: 6 weeks, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
 

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and verification of information with high accuracy.
• Review and validate incoming documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain and update records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Support daily administrative operations as needed.

 

Qualifications

• Proven typing and data entry proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Comfort working in an office environment with repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

 

Additional Details

• Training Schedule: 6-week training period from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
• Permanent Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Interviews will be conducted on-site in Springfield, OH.
