Role Overview:
The Training Associate S2 is responsible for implementing the training program and schedule for manufacturing, warehouse, and quality personnel. This role involves providing hands-on training to staff in these areas and focusing on daily training activities to ensure employees achieve certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of technical training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning courses.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to employees.
  • Provide support during live training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by providing technical orientation and system training.

Job Posting: Training Associate S3

Role Overview:
The Training Associate S3 is responsible for developing the training program and assisting the Training Project Manager (PM) in the final certification process for manufacturing, warehouse, and quality personnel. This role involves close collaboration with the Training PM to customize training content and programs according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of technical training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning courses.
  • Assist Delivering engaging training sessions to employees.
  • Assist Providing support during live training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Assist Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by providing technical orientation and system training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical skills gaps and training needs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness with the Training PM using data-driven metrics, assessments, and feedback collection to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide S1 and S2 Training Tech Associates, providing feedback and support on training initiatives.
  • Work with the Training PM to develop training programs tailored to the specific technical needs of different departments.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing process flow.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Active listener who attentively identifies potential training gaps and opportunities.
  • Experience delivering effective hands-on training on relevant manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Familiarity with IPC620 and Cable and Harness international standards, indicating an understanding of cable connections, bend radii, and routing protocols.
