Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data, scanning documents, managing worksheets, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and paper documents.
- Manage worksheets and administrative records.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support the team.
- Ordering department supplies.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and SharePoint, to facilitate data management.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience with Maximo is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with frequent use of a computer and scanner.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
