Compensation: $89,000-$99,000 annually
What's a typical day as a Total Rewards Analyst? You'll be:
- Serving as the primary contact for employees, HR, and management regarding benefit options, providing guidance, and explaining the process to ensure understanding of their rights and responsibilities
- Coordinating and communicating with employees, management, and HR team members to facilitate the timely and smooth processing of leave requests
- Managing and administering leave programs and retirement programs across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico)
- Responsible for coordinating return to work clearance and reasonable accommodation requests for employees returning from leaves
- Collaborating with HR team members to develop and update leave of absence policies, procedures, and related documents to ensure alignment with current laws and best practices
- Providing ongoing training and education to managers, HR, and employees on leave policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Staying updated on changes and industry trends, ensuring the organization's compliance and recommending necessary adjustments to policies or procedures
- Coordinating and partnering with external vendors to track and support the administration of benefit packages.
- Tracking status updates in the HRIS system to ensure accurate data
- Coordinating benefits invoicing for employees on unpaid leaves of absence.
- Conducting regular audits of benefit plans to ensure accurate data between payroll records and vendors
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Possess 4+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Can multi-task and prioritize work on various projects simultaneously
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Are detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proficiency with the organization's HCM system (Ceridian Dayforce) or similar HRIS system is preferred
- Hold SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS, World at Work, or other HR-related certification (preferred)
