Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Length: 4-6 months
Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm w/30-minute lunch

What's a typical day as a Title Administrator? You'll be:

• Pulling titles, bending over, and pulling paperwork from hard copy files
• Processing a high volume of paperwork
• Identifying errors on titles and escalating when appropriate
• Documenting receipt of Titles, filing, and storing titles upon receipt from State DMVs or Dealers
• Accurately storing and organizing physical titles in the title room
• Accurately entering title information into the applicable systems

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are able to be mobile and access files close to the ground and above ground
• Have experience efficiently and accurately completing forms and/or data entry
• Are able to operate office equipment (copy machines, fax, telephone, and keyboard)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based data entry tools
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry
• Experience with vehicle titles.
• Outstanding customer service experience
