In this overnight role, you will provide first-line technical support to our users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware and software issues. Shift: Overnight 5 PM - 7 AM Central Time- shift scheduling will include weekend coverage
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay rate: $22/hr

Work Location: Remote, US

Technical Support:

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic account management tasks.
• Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or appropriate teams as necessary.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure complete resolution of user issues.
• Assist in setting up, installing, and configuring new hardware and software for end-users.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive user experience.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an IT support role
• Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
