                                        HR Generalist

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's culture and employee engagement initiatives. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our HR practices align with our values and goals.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time temporary (3 month contract)
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $30/HR

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work culture.
- Support benefits administration and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
