Description

Our client is a personal care contract manufacturing company with extensive experience in custom formulation and manufacturing a wide range of personal care products for the past 25 years. 

They are seeking a temporary Warehouse Supervisor to join their team! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory control, work order fulfillment, and the integration of ERP solutions to streamline processes.


Brooklyn Park, MN
Full-Time | Direct Hire I Temporary 4-6 Months
Pay Rate: $28-31/hr based on experience
Monday-Thursday, 7-3:30pm
OT typically 6-8 hours a week



Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of related warehouse experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong proficiency in ERP software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with ERP implementation/optimization is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work assignments and projects

  • Basic math knowledge

  • Team player with strong collaborative skills

  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

  • Punctual, with excellent attendance record (no unexcused absences)


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 65 lbs and push/pull up to 400 lbs

  • Able to stand for prolonged periods

  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
