Technical Documentation Support Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Technical Documentation Support Specialist at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Technical Documentation Support Specialist
Location: Jacksonville (32256)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm. M-F but will need to work occasional weekends to support protocols
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Description:

  • Writes, oversees and coordinates protocols for the production of clinical and non-clinical test articles in support of R&D and Operations initiatives.
  • Performs regular audits of documents, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Facilitates pilot scale and manufacturing scale pre-clinical and clinical protocols which involves extended periods of standing.
  • Works as an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams involved in test article research and development.
  • Communicates and facilitates required testing for release of test articles to the clinic.
  • Organizes and assembles Design History Records for protocols run in operations.
  • Gathers and analyzes test article data in support of research projects.
  • Adheres to safety and environmental policies and procedures and supports department safety and environmental objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum education required for competent performance: Associate degree or 2 years of related experience with technical writing, work instructions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication; written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have ability to pay special attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and tasks is required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
