Job Title: Talent Advisor Location: Añasco, Puerto Rico Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Advisor to join our team at Añasco, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify growth opportunities, improve business relationships, and manage talent effectively. You will play a crucial role in engaging contractors, customers, and employees through impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Proactively identify business opportunities with additional end-users, departments, and service lines.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain beneficial business relationships with key decision-makers and end users, focusing on the health of client and contract relationships.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Lead initiatives that positively impact the engagement results for all stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement work processes that enhance speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and client experience.
  • Report Management: Create, analyze, and review reports and statistics, taking action as needed.
  • Market Awareness: Apply knowledge of labor, community, and industry to make strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Client Expectations: Monitor NPS results and develop plans to meet client expectations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct safety site surveys, accident investigations, and manage Return to Work programs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely admin support, manage data, and sort reports.
  • Communication: Develop employee newsletters, manage recognition programs, and respond to inquiries.
  • Workforce Management: Manage temporary and full-time staff, overseeing turnover, coaching, and employment status decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree on Business Administration (Preferable Management, Human Resources)
  • Availability to work on day shift and others shift as necessary.
  • Proven experience in talent management or HR-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and community/industry awareness.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
