Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$28-$31 per hour (based on experience).
6 month contract opportunity.

What's a typical day as Talent Acquisition Coordinator? You'll be:
- Assisting on a large volume of job requisitions across business functions using SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
- Partnering closely with Recruiters to process focused requisitions efficiently.
- Assessing and reviewing all resumes against job requirements and documenting process steps meticulously.
- Working directly with the team manager to provide selected candidates for review by hiring managers.
- Providing status updates to Recruiters for weekly meetings to ensure smooth communication.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism.
- Maintaining compliance with state/federal employment laws and policies for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree (degree in Human Resources preferred).
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Are comfortable working in a high-volume role requiring significant multi-tasking.
- Possess strong business presence and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Have experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Are familiar with Smart Recruiters ATS (preferred).
