? Location: 4828 Parkway Plaza Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217 (Remote — includes one week of onsite training)
? Pay Rate: $30.99/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (initial 6-month contract)
? Work Setup: Remote with onsite training in Charlotte
?? What's a typical day as a Supply Chain Analyst II (Supply Planner)? You will:

  • Balance supply and demand to ensure product availability and inventory control.
  • Create and maintain supply plans in partnership with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
  • Analyze supply chain data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel to support planning activities and inventory management.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain best practices in supply planning.
  • Prepare reports, contribute to business reviews, and present recommendations.
? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with relevant professional experience and familiarity with inventory/supply planning concepts are welcome.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or logistics (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software.
Preferred qualifications:
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or in progress).
  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work remotely and attend onsite training.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively via virtual tools.
