Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for an experienced professional with a background in supply chain or manufacturing operations to work as a Supply Chain Specialist onsite in East Hartford CT. Long term temporary position through 2026 with strong likelihood of extension into 2027

Compensation: $40 - $50 / hour depending on experience

Supply Chain Specialist Position Summary:
- Track, collect and report on data for customer critical parts, escalating action plans for receipt/non-receipt of critical parts across multiple Industrial Engine programs, while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement to mitigate service delays.

Supply Chain Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Critical parts tracking: provide detailed part status and delivery estimates by compiling critical parts data from Excel and SAP reports and through discussions with Procurement. Push for resolution on open actions within part production to aid in delivery, which will require coordination across multiple functional areas, notably Procurement, Engineering, and Quality
- Future Part Shortage Planning: In coordination with the Program Management Office, utilize reporting systems and identify and escalate future shortages in efforts to mitigate impact to customers 
- Customer Communications (future): Clearly articulate part status to customers via email and recurring weekly Zoom meetings. Anticipate customer questions to better provide complete part status.

Supply Chain Specialist Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate+ skills in SAP
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite programs, particularly with Excel
- Prior experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, logistics, and/or procurement is highly preferred
- Must be able to work onsite in East Hartford, CT
