SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS

1 year contract

Lawrenceville, NJ

Up to 40 an hour

 

Provide IRT business and new study support for the pipeline in accordance with project team and PD agreed upon clinical milestones.
Tasks for the function include but are not limited to:
1. Complete fund set-up and contract management process within ECLIPSE as well as facilitate fund adjustments within ECLIPSE and all other IRT related systems across PD and GCO study areas.
2. On a bi-annual basis, maintain and monitor IRT budget by assessing study specific input from Drug Supply Managers/ Randomization team/and Finance based on ongoing and new IRT study requirements.
3. Provide IRT vendor information in support of Transfer of Obligations document.
4. Work with NALA to process invoice payments to IRT vendors.
5. Keep close track of IRT new contract start dates and end dates. Ensure that vendors are not being overpaid for excessive months of maintenance billing and contracts are reflective of current end dates. Utilize end dates to ensure that ECLIPSE funds are sufficiently funded for projected IRT needs until study completion.
6. Work directly with IRT vendor and CSS / randomization staff to 1) review quality and accuracy of draft Work Order/CNF, 2) review vendor's proposed budget modification against existing contract values and current CNF and 3) obtain partially executed WO/CO from vendor.
7. Archive electronic FE copy of IRT contracts and COs in Ariba
8. Assist in vendor creation and mgmt of clinical site reimbursements/check requests.

Provide continued support for the PD and CSO Study Supplies budget across all portfolio matrix teams.
Tasks for the function include but are not limited to:
1. Management of all Clinical Supply Service purchase requisitions. Work with Trial Supply Managers/ Comparator Strategy to confirm details and place orders on vendors in the Ariba Contract Management System.
2. Coordinator will also check their respective budgets to ensure that purchase is included in current budget year.
3. Work with CSO Logistics team to ensure Purchase Order has been completed and firmed in system and visible to all parties

Ensured continued support of the pipeline by supporting business processes
Tasks for the function include but are not limited to:
1. Served as Contract Coordinator by helping administer/draft/route new Clinical Supply Agreements and archiving contracts within Ariba.
