Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, temporary role, you will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process at our regional distribution center. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

- Pay Rate: $24-$30/hr DOE
- Shift: Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the movement of raw materials and products between manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, freight carriers, and the Sales team.
- Manage the customer order process, including order creation (both EDI and manual), release, planning, and delivery.
- Address out-of-stock situations and manage the order allocation process, communicating shortages to customers and the Sales team.
- Validate and verify pricing, lead times, promotions, carrier rates, and order status using ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Quality teams to meet customer demand and performance targets.
- Reconcile sales cycle information for end-of-month processes.
- Ensure vendor product compliance and service level targets to avoid customer chargebacks.
- Uphold food safety, quality, and SQF practices, reporting any issues to your supervisor.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Supply Chain experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or WMS systems is preferred.
- Strong integrity and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
