Attention Students! Are you ready for an exciting summer job? We have a fantastic opportunity just for you! Kelly® is currently seeking Outside Research Assistants for a cutting-edge research facility in Moorhead, MN. Take a closer look at the details below.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Mainly Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, working June-August.
Must be 14 years of age or older.

Job Duties:

  • Pollinating plants to ensure successful reproduction.
  • Maintaining research plots by hoeing, counting, and staking.
  • Discarding seed and tagging plants for identification.
  • Collecting leaf and plant samples for analysis.
  • Setting up and tearing down irrigation systems.
  • Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in the work area.

This job might be a perfect fit if you:

  • Are detail-oriented and can perform accurate work in a repetitive motion environment.
  • Can work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Are self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
  • Are available to work more than 8 hours a day, including weekends, during peak work times.
  • Have schedule availability to work from early morning until the evening.
  • Can work around soybeans, corn, wheat, pollen, and dust for extended periods of time.
  • Can walk, stand, and crouch for several hours at a time on uneven ground.
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required to drive).
