Description

State Licensing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SOW and POs with Legal consultant 
  • Serve as the primary POC with legal consultant on licensing status, requests, renewals, new applications for licensing
  • Ensure timely renewals of state distribution licenses by gathering required documentation based on application requirements indicated by legal consultant from key business contacts (Executive assistant to president, commercial analytics, quality systems, etc.)
  • Maintain data of all  licenses in license database for renewals, changes and additions and physical license copies of records.
  • Periodically verify supplier licenses and maintain supplier listing with licensing clearing house. Including escalation of issues
  • Ensure timely change notifications of corporate officer changes, acquisitions/divestitures, address changes etc by notification of legal consultant and connection with respective business contacts.
  • Support escalations of licensing issues with information, requests, and consult with legal consultant for guidance
  • Monitor central regulatory licensing inboxes for requests and notices from state bodies
  • Execute governance procedure and work instructions for state licensing activities
  • Liaison with CQ North America team process owner on issues, escalation and regular status updates

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regulatory framework (State BoP rules/regulations, NABP). (required)
  • 2-5 years of Experience managing state BOP licensing framework for medical device distribution (required)
  • Ability to work across functions (e.g., HCS (Deliver), Tax, Legal, External Council/Consultants) (required)
  • Quality Systems Experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and team building skills (required)
  • experience working and interfacing with C-Suite executives (preferred)
