Shift: 1st shift- Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

• Run high volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing work
• Ensure convenience copiers are working properly and perform daily inspections
• Assist with Reception services and distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail
• Maintain neat and well-stocked convenience copier areas
• Assist with meeting room and conference room set-ups
• Dress code is business casual
• Free parking available at the client's location
What's a typical day as an Onsite Service Specialist? You'll be:
• Interacting with customers in a friendly manner throughout the course of the work day
• Sorting and delivering mail and packages/badges throughout the customer's site
• Performing duties related to shipping and receiving of materials and packages
• Learning mail delivery routes at multiple customer locations
• Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy in mail operations
• Delivering completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas
• May travel between customer's buildings
• Completing training as assigned
• Maintaining logs and work records for tracking, management reports, inventory, and supply ordering
• Performing device service and supply alerts monitoring and resolving service requests
• Performing servicing and repair service procedures on assigned equipment
• Utilizing remote support resources to resolve service issues
• Escalating issues to Level 2 and technician resource support as necessary
• Performing basic and advanced installations, setting up IP addresses, downloading printer drivers, and providing customer training on supported devices
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office setting
• Have intermediate computer skills
• Have the ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal, and communication skills
