Kelly is currently hiring Clinical Research Sr Project Managers for one of our well known CRO clients. This opportunity is home based and direct permanent with the CRO. To qualify for this opportunity, we are looking for at least 5+ years of clinical study development and study management leading clinical studies as a PM or CTM from the CRO side. Our client works in a vast range of therapeutic areas and has a strong and steady pipeline. This is not a IT Project Manager role so please only apply if you have clinical research project management experience. Responsibilities
The Project Manager position performs as project lead for multiservice full service global clinical trials. In this role you will interact with the sponsor and manage the timelines, all project deliverables, and coordinate all services contracted for the study. PM's are also responsible for leading a team of CRAs and managing project coordinators.
Our clients full-service approach is led by medical, regulatory and operational experts with deep therapeutic experience. The disciplined processes, site relationships, and technologies enable the PM's to execute even the most complex global studies. Therapeutic focus areas including oncology, cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, infectious disease, and CNS. Trials include those in rare disease and Advanced Therapies.
Our client is full service offering, advanced cross functional integrated CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System), and clearly defined empowered clinical trial management structure ensures focus on the operational execution of the project, versus excessive time being spent on project financial tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Advanced degree in a health-related field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in project management/clinical trial management in clinical research for a CRO
- Experience managing Phases I-4 clinical trials
- Experience managing overall project timelines
- Experience in therapeutic focus areas including oncology, cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, infectious disease, CNS
- Bid defense experience
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent planning, organization, prioritization skills
