? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Optional overtime available)

? Work Setup: Onsite
? What's a typical day as an SMT Line Operator? You will:

Operate and maintain SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, and reflow ovens.

Perform hand soldering, small component placement, and basic rework.

Conduct visual and automated inspections to ensure assemblies meet IPC-610 quality standards.

Record production data, maintain equipment logs, and follow all SOPs and work instructions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with ESD and safety guidelines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Experience operating SMT machinery or performing hand soldering.

Basic electronics knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Ability to perform precision work and handle small components.

Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and follow standardized procedures.
